Bardzo przestronny, piękny apartament, czysto, mieszkanie wyposażone we wszystko co potrzebne,atutem jest duży balkon. Bardzo miłe przywitanie, kwiaty w wazonie, cydr Sandomierski oraz krówki.

Obiekt w całkiem nowym budownictwie, wyjście z garażu do wybranej klatki nie oznaczone . Brak sklepu spożywczego w okolicy bloku, dobrze po drodze sobie ogarnąć zakupy. W mieszkaniu wszystko co potrzeba super wyposażenie , bardzo miłe tkaniny pościel. Gry broszurki i informacje o Sandomierzu. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem szybko odpisującym na pytania. Telewizor i dostęp do kanałów z filmami na własnych loginach . Super parking i auto można zostawić bo dojście na stare miasto dość blisko pieszo 10-15 min.
Oznaczyłabym piloty do obsługi telewizorów i dekodera , żeby nie było z tym problemu i niepotrzebnych pytań. :)

Wszystko super! Bardzo ładne mieszkanie, blok na szczycie jednego ze wzgórz. Do mieszkania należy miejsce garażowe - idealnie. Wszystko, co potrzebne jest na wyposażeniu. Do centrum chwila spacerku, było idealnie!

Bardzo czysty apartament, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia super wygodne łóżko. Dobra lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko, cisza i spokój. Spacerkiem 15 minut do rynku. Podziemny parking. Świetny kontakt z gospodarzami, których bardzo pozdrawiamy.
