Perfect large property
The house has so much to offer. Large spaces for up to 20 guests. A full room for children, full of games and play things. It was fully equipped with everything you could need. Each room decorated beautifully, beds were comfy. Very clean. We had a fantastic time and can imagine we would return.
We had an issue with the heating. We could make full use if the games room, and the annex bedroom was freezing. We should have rang, thinking about it now, to maybe see if someone could check it over.

Great location, communication with the host was Ace! there was everything you could possibly need in the property, for all ages. nice secure garden, nice great local shops we had Chinese & Pizza delivered BRILLIANT !!
A little disappointed when we arrived at Elderberry Hall, But inside made up for it, its Huge and it has everything you could possibly need !, a spruce up out side just painting the gate on the front patio and a nice large name plaque to heighten curb appeal. but we did have an amazing time and we would definitely stay again !

Spacious house filled with character with around the clock support
The property was filled of character and a great size. We were a group of 15 and never felt like we were on top of each other. We would definitely recommend this for large groups or friends/family gatherings. The support from the owners was brilliant, we had 24/7 contact with them which was really helpful.
Some parts of the house were generally tired and worn. There were drawers in the kitchen that were broken so kept sliding open, some broken light fixtures & door handles on arrival which we made sure we reported to get our damage deposit back! Some spare toilet rolls wouldn’t go a miss either, for a large property like this with so many people for two nights you’d expect more than one or two rolls in each bathroom.

Everyone had a great time and would definitely book again.
Absolutely stunning house, photos do not do it justice. Beds were super comfortable and plenty of them. Heating was on ready for us arriving :) Everything you need in the property. House was that big you didn’t feel like you were sitting on top of each other. We felt very secure and safe during our stay. Couldn’t fault.

Had a fantastic stay in this Beautiful large property ideal for family reunions, a few small maintenance issues which if
Lovely big property, lots of space, great hot tub, plenty of crockery etc. Great games room and very comfy beds. Lovely big fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Excellent parking facilities at front and back of property.
One toilet was out of order, kichen drawer didn’t shut, garden lights need new bulbs, on suite bathroom should have a toilet, downstairs shower room door needs new handle.
