BORDERLINE SCAM - STAY AWAY

Impossible to contact the owners. Number indicated in the contacts is wrong - someone else picks up and says they are no longer involved with the property. I had several problems during my stay - including the entrance door to the apartment, which is in very poor conditions - no longer closing - and it was not possible to get any help. I have moreover tried to request the invoice for several days as needed for work - at first I got answers in the app chat that they would send it, but I did not get the invoice and am also no longer receiving answers..... I would warmly advise to stay away from this terribly bad service. The building is old and poorly renovated, there was even a leakage of water next to the bathroom. Only one in 5 radiators works, so the apartment was very cold. Windows have no curtains or curtains were too small for window and partly broken, meaning it is not possible to get the apartment dark at night. As the house is old, sound isolation is not great.

For the price we paid, this condition is unacceptable.

Appartment is not congested

Very disappointed with the apartment. There was no elevator, and both the heater and A/C were not working. A terrible smell kept coming from the shower drain, and there was no exhaust fan in the toilet. The kitchen tap splashes water outside the sink, making it very inconvenient. On top of that, door handles were loose and not fixed properly.

Dirty and poorly mantained. Has potential health hazards

The property has potential but it is dirty and very poor managed.

The problem with this property start outside. The main door’s glass was broken and it was not fixed with dangerous sharp pieces of glass next to the doorknob. The carpet in the staircase smells of dirt and seems not to have been cleaned in years. The railing in the staircase is loose and someone could fall downstairs. The apartment was given to us dirty. There was a medicine leftover in the living room, leftover bread in the kitchen, and the trash bin in the bathroom was not emptied. The blind in the upper window is broken. The property offers little to no appliances. Even there was no soap at all in the bathrooms and one of the towels has holes in them. The railing to the upper floor is loose and one can easily have an accident. This place should be reported to the local health authority for potential health hazards.

We stayed in this beautiful house for 3 nights. The house is right next to the sea, 5 minutes walking distance, which was great for us. The staff is very attentive, for example we had a small problem with the dishwasher and they solved it immediately. They answered our questions quickly. The house is very clean. There is 1 double bed, 1 bunk bed for 2 people. If one person sleeps in the living room, 5 people can stay comfortably. The vacuum cleaner, oven, coffee machines etc. work. The oven and cooking utensils are spotlessly clean. Thank you to the Huswell team.

Even if it was a washing machine it would be 10/10.

the place of the building was quite ok

the apartment is very old with many outdated things on it, for example there were no courtains in the bathroom and not screen on the shower tray, therefore everyone from outside could see the shower :(

Buena ubicación pero apartamentos con muchas incidencias

La ubicación

Nosotros cogimos 2 apartamentos. El dúplex tiene escalera desde el salón al dormitorio super empinada, con peldaños muy estrechos, es muy peligrosa y no es apta ni para niños ni para ciertos adultos. Es más, no creo ni que cumpla con las condiciones necesarias. La persiana del dormitorio de este apartamento estaba rota y se quedaba a medias. El radiador de la cocina y una del salón no funcionaban. Había muy poca presión de agua para ducharse. El apartamento del segundo piso tenía el horno muy sucio y al encenderlo se formó una buena humareda por toda la suciedad. De las 2 ventanas que hay en el salón, la cortina de una estaba rota y en la otra ventana no hay cortina, por lo tanto te ven los vecinos de enfrente cuando duermes en el sofá cama. En el salón no hay casi luz, una sola bombilla sencilla colgando de un cable. Además, la limpieza deja mucho que desear, nos encontramos una sábana manchada de sangre debajo de la cama. Los colchones de los apartamentos son muy finos, parecen colchonetas. Las puerta de entrada a los apartamentos son muy sencillas y dan poca seguridad, además que entra bastante aire frío porque no están ajustadas. Sinceramente, a estos apartamentos les hace falta mucho mantenimiento.

Wat een schandalig appartement voor deze prijs. We zijn teleurgesteld over de verwaarloosde indruk. Meerdere kapotte lampen, een bank die gescheurd was en tijdens ons verblijf uit elkaar viel, geen gordijnen voor de schuifpui van het slaapgedeelte, kapotte vloeren, zeer karige keukeninventaris, defecte magnetron, loshangende snoeren ....enz. Wij hebben contact gezocht met de verhuurder, tot 2x toe, maar geen enkele reactie.

Que el/la anfitrión no respondía a los mensajes en tiempo. No funciona la calefacción por problema de las baterías del aparato controlador. No hay toallas adicionales para el aseo No hay cortinas en el comedor o salón de estar. La manivela del aseo y de la entrada se salen Sólo hay una llave para el apartamento

Bon emplacement mais appartement très en dessous des attentes (lmauvais qualité du mobilier)

L'emplacement était bien

Tout était cassé ou en mauvais état et nous devions prendre des photos de tout car risque de plainte derrière. Nous n'étions pas tranquille. Nous avons aussi un couchage de cassé donc nous avons dormi par terre puis a 3 dans des couchages pour 2.

Posizione semicentrale con metro a 10 minuti, alloggio ampio. Arredamento funzionale ma che presenta i segni del tempo

Pulizia accettabile, necessaria un po' di manutenzione (finestra non si apre, tenda rotta, 2 maniglie della porta rimaste in mano, tenda strappata). L'alloggio è al secondo piano senza ascensore. Le scale sono ripide ed i gradini piccoli ... quindi sconsigliato a chi non si muove agilmente.

Unas escaleras de muerte

Ya cuando nos llegó el correo nos habían cambiado la hora de entrada de las 15:00 a las 16:00. Nos daban un código para la caja de las llaves y un teléfono para WhatsApp únicamente. Advirtiendo que el piso era el último. Cuando entramos a las 16:00 nos encontramos unas escaleras empinadisimas donde no cabía el pie y el piso era el cuarto. Al ir a abrir la caja el código no funcionaba y el número de teléfono no admitía WhatsApp. Nos dedicamos a llamar a todos los teléfonos que encontramos, hasta que nos dieron el contacto correcto. Encima nos manda un SMS diciendo si no nos habíamos leído las instrucciones. Cómo no nos creía nos pidió un vídeo por SMS y Dijeron que el código no era correcto y nos dieron otro. Esto no acaba aquí, al entrar en casa, nos encontramos que las escaleras que subían al dormitorio eran empinadisimas y tan estrechas que daba miedo. Bajarlas era un problema porque al tener q dar la luz despertabas a los de abajo. Mis hijos no saben ni como es la parte de arriba. El baño estaba sin cortina y tuvimos que llamar. Las cortinas de la ventana de la habitación no cerraban y a las 5 de la mañana despiertos ... Aunque el apartamento está bien situado, las escaleras hacen que no merezca la pena más la problemática de las llaves.

L'entrée du logement fait lugubre et au sein de l'appartement les poignets des portes ce détachent y compris celle de la porte d'entrée qui peut donner un coup de stress. Petit détail également mais dans le logement il manque du savon.

Appartement bryant et peu hygiénique

Emplacement à 20 minutes de la grand place

Appartement jamais entretenu Sale et poussière partout. La literie n'a pas été changé entre deux réservations. serviettes sales. Oreillers avec des cheveux des anciennes occupantes. Les toilettes ne sentait pas bon. Il n'y a pas de wifi. Trop de bruits, on entend les passants dans la rue la nuit, de plus les voisins ont fait une fête jusqu'à 2h du matin nous empêchant de dormir. En plus, pas de minifrigo, pas de savon ni papier dans la salle de bain, et lavabo se bouche en un clin d'œil. Heureusement qu'on est resté une seule nuit

Es war sehr schwierig die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin. Die Nachrichten erschienen nicht im booking-App. Auch nach mehreren Tagen. Ich musste recherchieren (viele Klage im Net) um zu wissen, wie ich zu den Austuachnachrichten kommen konnte. Dies war über die seite secure.booking.... zu sehen und zwar nach einer Anmedung durch Bokingsnummer und Pin-code. Kein Parkpaltz. wir mussten zusätzlich 20 € Zahlen für den Parkhaus und mit allen Koffer bis zur Wohnung gelaufen. Sehr unangenehm. Ansonstens war die Wohnung selbst sauber, gut möbliert. Küche, Bad WC. Fernesehr und co. + wifi. Also echt gut.

Tenia un espacio amplio y la cocina estaba bien equipada

Falta cuidado en la casa, hay agujeros en los suelos que han intentado tapar con una basura y la lampara, el fairy era agua rellenada y el estropajo estaba asqueroso de los anteriores, tuvimos que comprar. La cortina de la ducha olía mal y estaba por debajo fatal, tendria que cambiarse. Por el resto tiene tele(aunque no la usamos) y un ventilador que le falta la rejilla de fuera, las camas eran cómodas. Espacio de abajo amplio y unas escaleras para romperse la crisma pero supongo que es tipico alli JAJAJAJ

Appartamento funzionale

L'appartamento è ben arredato. Vi sono dei dettagli da migliorare però tutto sommato è conveniente come casa da usare per passare qualche giorno a bruxelles. Inoltre nella vie attistanti l'appartamento è anche facile trovare parcheggio

Ci sarebbe da rivedere un po' la doccia, in quanto a causa della sua disposizione si finisce per far uscire acqua dal piatto doccia. Inoltre il bagno ceco non è proprio il massimo

Heuresusement que ce n'était qu'une nuit, car elle ne fut pas bonne !!

Un des canapés lits était cassé, impossible de dormir à deux dedans. Nous avons du dormir à 3 dans le lit double, donc pas une nuit terrible ! J'ai appelé le numéro indiqué, personne n'a répondu ou ne m'a rappelé !! De plus: un des toilettes avec chasse d'eau cassée; la douche qui met 20 minutes à se vider, on prend sa douche avec les pieds dans 20 cm d'eau. L'appartement pourrait être très bien, mais franchement il FAUT DES REPARATIONS. A déconseiller en l'état. En tout cas, pas plus que pour 4 personnes tant que le canapé-lit n'est pas réparé

La ubicación y la limpieza super buenos. Casa muy luminosa y a 10 minutos del palacio real, totalmente recomendable la zona.

Buona soluzione per un soggiorno breve

Ho occupato l'appartamento al terzo piano, è in un'ottima posizione, luminoso, piuttosto grande, abbastanza pulito e fornito anche nella cucina.

L'edifico è senza ascensore, le scale sono piuttosto ripide, la scala interna per accedere al soppalco che ospita il letto ancora di più. Senz'altro un aspetto da considerare al momento della prenotazione. Manca l'abatjour sul comodino. Migliorabile la parte del bagno con doccia e lavabo.

Appartement fonctionnel mais non entretenu : rideau déchiré ; vaisselle pas faite à l'arrivée ; problème d'aération de la SdB ; vétusté du mobilier ; mégot de cigarette dans le lave-vaisselle ; plaque de cuisson servant de cendrier sur le balcon ; absence de mousseur sur les robinets ; poignées de porte mal fixées.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist gut und die Wohnung bietet genug Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Die Bettwäsche war in Ordnung. Leider war die Sauberkeit insgesamt sehr mangelhaft – besonders die Küche war sehr schmutzig, mit vielen kaputten Utensilien. Ein WC war außer Betrieb, außerdem fehlten in Bad und WC die Türen, was sehr unangenehm war. Der Boden war teilweise beschädigt und der Garten ungepflegt. Für eine Übernachtung gerade noch akzeptabel, aber für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht zu empfehlen.

Peor imposible, muchisima suciedad y todo roto

Ubicacion

Todo el apartamento estaba sucio, con manchas en los colchones, sabanas rotas, el suelo levantado, basura debajo de las camas. En la entrada al apartamento había un sofa desmontado que prácticamente no dejaba paso libre (con una mochila no podías pasar). En la cocina habia un agujero en el suelo que han tapado con el cubo de basura. El apartamento contaba con dos inodoros, uno de ellos estaba roto y precintado (por lo cual eran conscientes de ello y no avisaron) y ninguno de los dos tenia puerta. Intentamos realizar una queja formal y el propietario no ha contestado en ningún caso.
