La localisation et la facilité d accès d un appartement sans luxe mais bien pratique. Très bonne collaboration avec les gestionnaires.

Prima locatie en relatief stil want laagseizoen was begonnen.
Diverse gebreken: geen lichtverduistering in de slaapkamer, verlichting op het balkon functioneerde niet, muf ruikend beddengoed bij aankomst, moeizaam schuivende en slecht sluitende archaïsch schuifdeuren naar balkon, diverse pannen niet goed schoon (aangekoekte etensresten), smoezelige zittingen van de twee eettafelstoelen, onderste diepvriesvak niet goed te openen vanwege ijsafzetting, bovenste niet schoon, slechte hoofdkussens bedden, stof onderin kledingkasten, erg minimalistisch keukengerei, loszittende lichtschakelaar badkamer. Warm water douche net voldoende voor 1 persoon om 5 min. te douchen.

Good communication from the managing agent. Easy access to property. Everything needed was there plus some extra nice touches. Excellent location.
There’s no air conditioning or heating as far as I could see. Not an issue for me in March but something to consider in hot or cold times. The bedroom needs a blind or curtains as direct sunlight early morning means you can’t sleep in if you want to. Told the agent about this. Hot water runs out during a shower, but was very hot to start.
