Housekeeping.
Food and behaviour of the Managing Director. After offering free coupon and 20% discount on dinner. The management backed out and kept changing the terms of the offer to our disadvantage. Such pettiness was not accepted from this type of hotel. The food was beyond just bad, it was completely inedible. Chicken ordered for dinner was served raw and the breakfast was disgraceful, untrained waiting staff completed the picture, one even snatched I was eating from under the nose while eating. Lastly, the lifts didn’t work for 3 full days which was a major issue was senior citizens like us.
