About this apartment rental
Spacious and comfortable apartment located right on the beach in Bocagrande, where you’ll have quick and easy access to the beaches, the Historic District, shopping centers, restaurants, supermarkets, drugstores, and all kinds of shops. The apartment is located in the Palmetto building—right on the beach!!!—and offers amenities such as a grocery store, a swimming pool for adults and children, a restaurant, a gym, and a Turkish bath.
The apartment. This beautiful apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and is located right on the beachfront, with a majestic view from the balcony and the bedrooms—you’ll love it!!!

The building features a swimming pool and a spacious sunbathing area with ocean views. It also has a café and a gym.

2. If you are a foreign national of Venezuelan nationality, you must present your valid passport and/or your valid residence permit at the time of registration and/or check-in at the Palmetto building.
3. If you are a Colombian citizen, you must present your citizenship ID card if you are of legal age or your identity card and/or civil registry card if you are a minor at the time of registration and/or check-in at the Palmetto building.
4. Minors must register at the time of check-in with their parents; otherwise, the adult responsible for the minor must bring a permission slip authenticated by the minor’s parents authorizing the accompanying person to register the minor at check-in at the Palmetto building, as a preventive measure for child protection.
