The house did the job for us, but it wasn’t quite what we were expecting. Pros:-Location was great! It was a beautiful setting. Quiet and classic remote small town. Nice neighborhood. Great place to watch meteor shower, see stars and Milky Way. -Proximity to Bryce, Cedar Breaks, Brianhead, and Panguitch downtown was great. -The kitchen was well-stocked with essentials like spices, sugar, tea, etc. -The host was responsive. -Tons of beds (just not a lot of privacy.)-If you’re trying to fit the most people in a house on the smallest budget, this house might be it. -The kitchen and main family room was a great place for our group to gather. The dining table was nice and big. -The playhouse and deck were well-loved by our group. Cons:-Would not comfortably fit 42. We had a group of 24 and it was pushing the limits. -Only 3 full bathrooms, not 4 as listed, so we had to take turns showering. The upstairs middle bathroom has a comically small bathtub with no shower head. The bathtub might fit a toddler or small dog. Seriously don’t know where they found it. -Water pressure is bad, probably a result of being on a well, not a lot the owner can do. But it was harder to just to get clean in the shower. -Many of the beds are in the basement, but it has no windows or exit doors, so not everyone was comfortable sleeping down there. -Yard and deck furniture not maintainedOverall we had a great time and the house worked for us. I’m just not sure we would book it again.
