• We supply a starter supply of two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and a roll of paper towels.
• Furry friends are welcome! We love dogs and are happily DOG FRIENDLY. We just ask no more than 2 dogs w/out approval. Please no cats due to allergies.
• The entire exterior of the property is treated with scheduled pest management. With that being said, the property is in the mountains, so an occasional bug sighting comes with the territory.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the cabin overall! The views and atmosphere were beautiful and it was a great location for our girls/book club trip.We also loved that there was plenty of room for everyone along with enough bathrooms to comfortably accommodate our group. The cabin was very well stocked and had everything you could possibly need to cook, clean, and enjoy your stay — including games, which we really appreciated! The only small issues we experienced were:• The stools were not nailed down/secured properly, which could potentially cause an accident or injury.• The showers could use some additional cleaning in the bathrooms.• The remote in one of the bedrooms appeared to need new batteries because it was not working properly.Other than those few things, we had a wonderful stay and appreciate your hospitality.

This place was amazing and close to most stuff. We did a river float that was just around the corner from there place and it was awesome. They were very amazing to work with and always communicated when we needed something or asked a question. Would recommend to anyone who wants the best place to stay down in minral bluffs.

My husband and I enjoyed celebrating our anniversary at this cozy cabin, most of our time was spent downstairs , backyard for a bonfire and having a picnic, Hot tub was clean and hot, everything was as described. Looking forward to renting again in the future.
