About this house rental
WE MANAGE THE BEACH ™ - Amazing location, spacious floor plan, and a pool. Very open living room and a total of 1400 interior sq/ft with a split layout. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. Porcelain tile flooring throughout and blackout blinds in all bedrooms. Master bedroom features a king bed, walk in closet, and a on-suite bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen bed and a on-suite bathroom. The third bedroom features 2 twin beds with adjacent bathroom. Cable TV in all bedrooms and WiFi is included too. Secluded patio with an outdoor gas grill. Washer dryer in the unit.
THE SPACE:
NOTE: The property is a duplex - shared outdoor space, pool, and driveway. Entire duplex (6 bedrooms / 6 bathrooms) can be rented together. Inquire for details.
NEIGHBORHOOD:
Walking distance to Dania Beach Casino. Closest grocery store nearby is Publix or Walmart. Very close to many restaurants, grocery stores, and you can walk to Dania Beach Casino! Short distance to the beach....just 1.5 miles!
GETTING AROUND:
The Fort Lauderdale airpot is just 5 minutes away and Las Olas Blvd is 10 minutes.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
We are not a hotel. We provide basic supplies (1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll for the kitchen, and small starter soap/shampoo for the bathrooms). Any cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, soap etc that is left over from other guest will remain but we do not stock these things for our guests. Please plan accordingly for your stay.

There are multiple issues with the property ranging from technical difficulties with the security system to water damage under kitchen sink due to inadequate sealing around sink. Will be contacting host about other issues as well.
