This 350 square meter (3800 square feet) eight-bedroom eight-bathroom house has just been renovated by a Franco-American family. It is located between Saint Germain des Prés and the Eiffel Tower, steps from Invalides, Musée Rodin, the Seine and the Bon Marché.
This flat was fully refurbished in 2024 by a well known interior designer using the finest materials and finishes, including two top of the line made-to-measure kitchens with high end appliances, stone countertops, and stocked with nice china, wooden floors, custom made cabinets, nice bathrooms finished in stone and tiles. There is air conditioning in all rooms.
And all most desired amenities such WiFi, AC, heating, washing machine and dryer, bathroom floor heating and towel heaters, fine bedding so that all our guests can relax in comfort.
It can sleep up to 16 people.
