Hotel and staff were great. The restaurant attached had good food as well. Only thing we didn’t like is the noise of DC traffic and police cars. Not much the hotel can do there but they do provide earplugs. Just part of the DC experience.

We had a great time. The hotel was beautiful. Staff were so nice and helpful. The room was a bit smaller than it appeared online but it was nice. It is an old building that looks to have history to it but it is all remodeled to modern day. The elevator is probably original so it’s tiny but cute. The coffee on site was phenomenal! Parking was a bit of a headache. There’s a parking garage about a block away or they offer valet. I parked in the garage and it cost 29. Even a block away it wasn’t bad and I knew my car was safe. Valet cost about 75 overnight. I didn’t know this until I received my final bill and saw the charge because my friend used the service (she thought it was includes). The restaurant in the hotel was nice, We went for a late night bite. The food was good and staff pleasant. The views from the hotel were great!

We were very pleased with the hotel. We would stay again. The only thing that was a negative was the parking. It was difficult to find a parking spot, especially in the rain. Overall, we loved the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at the Phoenix Park Hotel very much! We were able to easily get there from the train station and walk to and from many activities in the area. Friendly staff, great coffee area in the morning. Love, love, love!
