Welcome to Worth the Wait, our newly constructed 4 bedroom, 2 ½ bathroom luxury condo located off Wait Avenue in downtown Wake Forest! At 2,500 sq. ft., our floorplan allows guests to spread out and enjoy multiple living spaces over 4 levels. Accommodating up to 9 people, guests will enjoy brand-new high-end luxury furniture and an urban-style vibe just steps away from the allure of downtown Wake Forest. Our property is perfect travelers of many needs, including families and business travelers.

• Bedroom 3: Twin-over-Queen Bunk Bed (capable of sleeping an adult couple or up to 3 kids), two nightstands, chest of drawers, and 43" TCL Roku TV
• Bedroom 4: Flex room with full-size sleeper sofa and 40" TCL Roku TV
*Note that stairs are required to access each level of the condo. There are no elevators on the property.
Worth the Wait is located in the heart of downtown Wake Forest in a phenomenal location within short walking distance to downtown’s breweries, restaurants, and shops, including:

This house was spacious and very convenient to downtown and Southeastern. Check in process was easy as long as you get the message with the link to submit a form (I did not pay that part any attention, so it's on me). The only warning I would give to potential renters is you are going to climb a lot of stairs. The until is on the 3rd and 4th floors. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Southeastern with a lot of people. The unit has everything you could need and is well thought out.

Beautiful and clean condo in a walkable area in Wake Forest. Would 100% stay here again! Only two very small complaints. We would have liked the umbrella that went with the stand in the rooftop deck because there was no shade during the day. And there is no mention of the amount of steps needed to climb to get to the first floor of the condo. If someone is disabled or has breathing problems climbing steps they may want to stay somewhere else.

My family stayed here for a weekend and it had everything we needed. Great space for the whole family and the location was within walking distance to everything we needed!
The owners were also fantastic with communication. We will certainly stay here again when we return to the area!

Great place to stay. Very clean. Very close to downtown really enjoyed Stay. Recommend this anyone! Plenty of amenities including snacks when we arrive. Will not disappoint.
