About this house rental
Escape to this private hillside retreat near downtown Vista. This spacious home offers a saltwater pool, hot tub, game room, fire pit, and plenty of space to relax indoors and out. Whether you're planning a family getaway or a trip with friends, you'll have everything you need for a memorable stay.
‼️IMPORTANT NOTE: For safety, this home is not suitable for children ages 0–3. Children should be supervised at all times around the pool.

• Primary: King bed, ensuite (walk-in shower)
• Guest: King bed
• Bunk Room: 2 bunk beds (4 twins)
• 4th Bedroom/Game Room in lower level: Queen sofa bed, pool table, TV, arcade.
🛁 Upstairs bathroom in hallway: Tub/shower combo
Downstairs: Half bath

• Saltwater pool and hot tub - No pool lights
• No lifeguard on duty
• Only the patio area is fenced
• Solar heated (best April to October)

• NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, NO EXTRA GUESTS THAT OVER OCCUPIES THE HOME, OR EVENTS ALLOWED.
• THIS HOME IS PET FRIENDLY: Up to 2 dogs are welcome with an additional pet fee. Cats are not permitted due to homeowner allergies.

• Not baby/child proof-proofed - please walk the space on arrival and supervise kids at all times.
• No lifeguard at the pool; only the patio is fenced.
• CAMERAS: Exterior cameras record 24/7 (front door & side).
• PROPERTIES: The area beyond the grass turf is somewhat uneven and unstable. Please ensure that children do not venture into this area without supervision. some fencing not fully secured.

We had a great stay with Vacation Rentals. Host was always available when we had questions.

Great outdoor space with fruit trees! The pool was a bit too cold during our visit, but the kids loved going back and forth between the hot tub. We were told ahead that one of the game machines wasn’t working, but we were able to fix it-- and enjoy it. A few small quirks (couch sectionals not clipped together, water drip from the solar heater by the exit door, a loose side table top, and some missing toiletries), but everything was clean including the kitchen and comfortable overall.The pre–check-in process was more detailed than expected with several forms and a phone call before the house code could be released; though it all worked out fine. Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed the outdoor area and hot tub time with the kids.

The Pool and Jacuzzi was awesome. The pool table and game room was alot of fun.The king bed was comfortable and tge shower was really nice.
