Non-smoking, quiet and spacious studio apartment with great views of the Bratislava castle and the surrounding area. The apartment is located in the Slavin district, 10 min away from the city center by car (30 min on foot). The apartment has an area of 51 m2, is fully furnished and heated by central heating. It includes a vestibule, an entrance hall with access to the living room, dining area, kitchen and bathroom. The living room has an air conditioning unit with heating capabilities, 4K TV with many channels and unlimited 5G fiber internet. The apartment has a queen bed (mattress size is 160x200cm), a two-seater sofa, an office table and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. A parking space in a shared double garage is included, right behind the main gate next to the apartment. For added security, the shared parking garage and front yard are equipped with a security camera. Only guests included on the reservation are allowed in the apartment. Visitors are not allowed unless pre-approved by us in writing. The apartment is self check-in, keys can be picked up from a lockbox any time between 15:00 and midnight. Self check-in instructions written in English/Slovak are sent to the guest when a reservation is made.

Located in the lucrative Slavin district which houses most of the foreign embassies in Slovakia as well as many upscale residencies, the studio apartment is also relatively close to the Bratislava castle which can be viewed from the windows of the apartment. Trolley bus stop (lines 44 and 47) with 10 minute routes to Bratislava city center is located 200 meters from the apartment. The nearest grocery store (Yeme) is located 900 meters from the apartment. The nearest supermarket (Kaufland) is located 2.4 kilometers from the apartment.
