About this house rental
We're so excited to welcome both human friends and PET friends to Our Lovely Lake House! A convenient 2-minute walk from Sunset Beach Marina & Boat Launch and Lake House Restaurant, our home has been thoughtfully appointed with your comfort in mind. From cozy down comforters and light-blocking curtains to patio furniture and cafe lights, you'll live in the lap of luxury both inside AND out!
Our Property:
You honestly can't beat the location of Our Lovely Lake House! Attractions within a 15-minute drive include West Virginia University Campus, Coopers Rock State Forest and Mon River Bike Trail (which your dogs would LOVE!), as well as a host of restaurants, bars and shops. A bit further down the road is Deep Creek Lake, Wisp Ski Resort, Seven Springs Ski Resort, Tygart Lake and Ohiopyle State Park - all within a 45-minute drive!
Our Lovely Lake House has three bedrooms: one King, one Queen, and a Bunk with Full, Twin and Trundle. The living room sofa can also comfortably sleep two! We have two full bathrooms, one of which was completely renovated to include a walk-in shower and sleek design.

Our family stayed at the lake house while we were in town for a USA swim meet hosted at WVU. We are a family of 5. Our kiddos are ages 15, 13, 11. We also had our fur babies with us. We had an absolutely marvelous stay. The house is very clean, well- equipped, and warm/inviting on cold winter days. The size of the house worked out really well for our family. I would definitely stay again. The hosts were very accommodating as well when bad weather hit the night before checkout and our swim meet timeframes were delayed. We were so appreciative of their accommodating generosity (and the local bakery treats were an amazing added touch!)

Enjoyed our stay here.. Was comfortable, clean and perfect for us. Nice having some coffee, creamer and sweetner already there. And a nice touch having some local cookies upon our arrival waiting for us. Those were a big hit. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your place!!
