Neighborhood pool and gym available plus restaurant and bar in beach retreat area. Home is fully equipped w everything you need to cook a homemade meal, including an outdoor Webber Grill, two refrigerators, large washer and dryer available, large game room with two sofa beds, lots of board games to keep the kids entertained, large tvs in all bedrooms, living room and game room. Marina in the neighborhood too where you can reserve a spot to rent a boat!
