Single-family house "Palma", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Karojba 4 km from the centre of Motovun, 14 km from the centre of Pazin, 20 km from the centre of Poreč, 20 km from the sea. Private: property 2'000 m2 with lawn and trees, swimming pool (7 x 4 m, depth 135 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue (swing), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 200 m, supermarket 14 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop 16 km, railway station 16 km, rocky beach 20 km. Marina 20 km.

Exit to the balcony. 3 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/bidet/WC. Wood heating, air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Balcony, terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, deck chairs. Facilities: iron, logs (free). Internet (WiFi, free). Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön und die Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Hund lebte hier Freiheit pur. Sehr zu empfehlen

Super gezellige locatie – vriendelijke eigenaars – alles voorhanden. Gewoonweg super !!! Reistips: Mooie regio – veel leuke gezellige dorpjes te bezichtigen. Lekker eten en drinken tegen democratische prijzen. Markt in Rovinj zeker aanrader met mogelijkheid tot proeven van olijfolie met truffels – truffels – ..... Mooie natuuur. Ons verblijf van 10 dagen was te kort om al het moois dat Istrië te bieden heeft te kunnen bekijken / bezoeken. Komen zeker terug.

Zeer mooi huis. Meerdere gezellige en knusse plekjes om te vertoeven rondom het huis.Het huis is erg netjes, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het zou hier en daar echter nog wel wat klein onderhoud kunnen gebruiken (zoals de keukenkastjes en deurklinken).Begin dit jaar is er een prachtig mooi zwembad gebouwd. Inclusief ligstoelen en parasols. Het is daar erg goed vertoeven.Er zijn zeer aardige en behulpzame eigenaren aanwezig. Ze wonen in een eigen huis naast het huurobject en spreken Engels/Duits. We hadden tijdens ons verblijf een spoedgeval en een ambulance nodig en ze hebben ons erg goed geholpen met het regelen hiervan in het Kroatisch.Wij hebben hier een hele fijne 2 weken vakantie gehad. Reistips: We hebben vooral dorpjes en stadjes bezocht. Aan te raden zijn in elk geval Motovun, Poreč, Rovinj en Pula. Er zijn in de omgeving 2 waterpretparken. Superleuk voor jong en oud. Als je gaat pinnen bij een bankautomaat laat dan in Kuna doorberekenen naar je eigen bank en niet mrekenen naar euro.Dat scheelt een paar tientjes. Vlakbij het huisje is een pizzeria waar je goedkoop een hapje kunt eten. Handig als je laat aankomt. Op zondag zijn alle supermarkten open. Iets verderop in Pazin zit een Plodine supermarkt en een Lidl, goed om te weten. Eris zo goed als geen criminaliteit. Wees alleen bedacht op omreken trucs als je betaalt met Kuna. Zo kochten wij een kilo druiven voor 10 euro op de markt in Rovinj, maar die fout maak je gelukkig maar 1 keer. Mensen zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam en spreken over het algemeen Duits of Engels. Vooral aan de oostkant van Istrië vind je erg mooie en rustige stranden die meestal door de lokale bevolking wordt gebruikt. Ik kan deze regio zeer aanbevelen.
