Cortiglione 20 km from Asti: Rustic cottage "Cascina Calore". 1 km from the centre of Cortiglione, 10 km from the centre of Nizza Monferrato, in the countryside. Private: property 500 m2 (fenced) with trees, natural garden, meadow. 100 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 5 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Rochetta Tanaro" 10 km, outdoor swimming pool 2 km.
4-room house 150 m2 on 2 levels. Rustic furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table and satellite TV. Small, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed. Exit to the balcony. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm). Exit to the balcony. Bath/WC, shower/WC. Oil heating. Heating available only from 01.10. to 30.04. Natural stone floors. Ruime vakantiewoning in een prachtige rustige omgeving met heerlijke restaurants in de buurt. Enige minpuntje is het ontbreken van een zwembad. Super Wifi!

Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig, schön eingerichtet und liebevoll durch die Vermieter vorbereitet worden. Die Vermieter waren sehr herzlich und haben uns mit selbst gebackenen Kuchen und frischem Obst und Gemüse aus ihrem Garten versorgt - alles sehr familiär und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und werden gern wiederkommen. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche im Cascina Calore. Das Ehepaar ... sind sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und großzügige Vermieter. Bei der Ankunft fanden wir einen Korb mit Tomaten, Kräutern, etc. vor, sowie Kaffee und süße Teile fürs Frühstück am anderen Morgen. Das große Gelände ist eingezäunt, so hatte auch unser Hund seinen Freilauf.
