In the district of Racou 3 km from the centre of Argelès-sur-Mer, 5 km from the centre of Collioure, 25 km from the centre of Perpignan, on a slope, in the residential district, 800 m from the sea. Private: well-kept garden 6'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool fenced (17 x 4 m, depth 145 cm, seasonal availability: 29.Feb. - 07.Nov.). Terrace, parking (for 6 cars) on the premises. Shop 3 km, bus stop 700 m, railway station 4.5 km, sandy beach 800 m. The owner does not accept any groups. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: main road 20 m from the property. Railway line 150 m from the property.

La maison est agréable à vivre, bien équipée (même si quelques compléments seraient utiles dans la cuisine), et l'extérieur est très plaisant. Nous avons passé une semaine fin décembre assez ensoleillée pour profiter de la terrasse, bordée d'orangers couverts d'oranges. Nous avons été heureux de pouvoir en cueillir pour faire des confitures d'oranges amères.

urcite se tento objekt muze doporucit. Je to starsi dum ale vsechno s laskou a detailem udrzovany takze urcite mohi doporucit. Bohuzel jsme se zdrzeli jenom tyden ale proste super. Urcite kdyz bude moznost pojedeme zase.

The accommodation was lovely with plenty of room for the 16 of us and with a huge garden and swimming pool. It was the little things that let it down :– only 1 tea towel, no oven gloves, only 3 out of 5 gas rings working, not enough wine glasses or tall glasses for 16 people, no toilet paper in some of the toilets, no hooks to hang towels on in one of the bathrooms and a total of 52 lightbulbs that did not work.A suggestion would be to have 2 fridges as catering for 16 meant that the fridge was always full and had to be emptied to find items at the bottom of the pile. Traveller tips: Visits to Collioure, Perpignan, Saint Cyprian market, walking the coastal path or up to Tour la Massane or Tour Madeloc
