Beautiful residence "Rutili", detached, surrounded by trees, meadows and fields. 5 houses in the residence. 5 km from the centre of Cervione, 6 km from the centre of Moriani-Plage, 50 km from the centre of Bastia, in a sunny position, 1.5 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: property 15 ha, garden (not fenced) with plants and trees, meadow, orchard. Garden furniture. In the house: WiFi. 300 m long narrow motor access to the house (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. E-charging station. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 8 km, sandy beach "Prunete" 1.5 km. Please note: car recommended. Sehr ruhige Lage, gut ausgestattetes Haus in Hanglage mit Blick aufs Meer. Eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit und der Strand sind in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Es gibt eine schöne Terrasse mit Sitzmöglichkeiten. Man ist für sich; die anderen Häuser haben ausreichend Abstand und man fühlt sich nicht gestört. Im Haus gibt es WLAN. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Uns hat das Haus sehr gut gefallen.

Nous avons passé une semaine idéale pour se ressourcer. La maison est très bien située, et la plage est facilement accessible à pieds pour qui préfère marcher à prendre la voiture (20 à 30 min. La maison est au milieu de la nature et des orangers (mais pas isolée) avec une vue sur la mer (oui !). cela nous a permis de voir des étoiles et constellations qu'on ne voit plus dans nos régions trop éclairées. Nous avons été très gentiment accueillis par M. et ses parents. A réserver sans hésitation

sehr ruhige Lage, Ferienhaus mit Weitblick aufs Meer oder aufs Gebirge.Eirichtung dem Zweck entsprechend völlig in Ordnung.Vermieter sprechen nur französich bzw. ist die Kommunikation mit dem Sohn auch engl. möglich. Kenntnisse in den Sprachen wären von Vorteil Reisetipps: Corte lässt sich über Aleria mit dem Auto gut erreichen, Weiterfahrt D 623 ins Restonica Tal möglich od. mit dem Zug nach Vizzavona zum Wandern oder auch nach Ajaccio und zurück sind ein Erlebnis.
