Rustic, comfortable country house "Les Grèzes", surrounded by trees and meadows. 2 km from the centre of Montcabrier, 3 km from the centre of Duravel, 7.5 km from the centre of Puy l’Évêque, in a secluded position, in the countryside. Private: large garden (fenced) with lawn 700 m2 trees, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 100 - 170 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase and shutter cover. Table tennis, terrace, garden furniture. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 7.5 km, bus stop "Fumel-Place du Postel" 12 km.
"Les Grèzes", 4-room house 110 m2 on 2 levels. Comfortable and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove (only for decoration), dining table, satellite TV, radio and DVD. Large, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 2 induction hot plates, 2 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra) with small dining table. accueil très sympathique de la propriétaire à l'image de cette région authentique. La maison est super bien équipée et invite à une déconnexion totale en pleine nature. Très belle piscine, et différents espaces pour les repas et la détente. Merci encore pour ce super séjour

Herzlicher Empfang durch die Vermieterin. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig und erholsam. Wunderschöne Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung möglich. Der Pool und die Ausstattung top. Es fehlt an nichts und alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Exzellent!
