Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, single garage. Bus stop 200 m. Nearby attractions: La Loire (River) 1.5 km, Langeais (castle) 15 km, Vouvray-Wine (degustation) 20 km, Azay-le-Rideau (castle) 21 km, Bourgeuil-Wine (degustation) 35 km, Amboise 36 km.
