Apartment house "Lea". In the hamlet Veli Ježenj 8 km from the centre of Pazin, 30 km from the sea. For shared use: property 3'000 m2 with lawn and trees, swimming pool (40 m2, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 01.Nov.). Unconventional pool shape. Children's pool, outdoor shower, terrace, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access. Parking on the premises. Shop 4.5 km, bus stop 3.7 km, pebble beach 30 km.

Wir hatten eine gute Woche. Schöner Pool, schöne Wohnung, nette Gastgeber. Gute Lage um mehrere Städte an der Küste anzufahren, aber auch das Städtchen Pazin ist nett (e.g. flying fox / paleo adventure). Attraktiver preis. Lidl in der Nähe, schöner Grill aussen. Sind aber mehr als 2 Wohnungen im Gebäude, da alles Familien sind, kann es am Pool auch schon mal voll werden:) Von uns eine klare Empfehlung.

- großzügige Räumlichkeit- leider nur Eckbadewanne - hoher Einstieg! - für Senioren überdenkenswürdig - Dusche wäre besser Reisetipps: - günstige Lage - ländlich ruhig- nicht weit zum Einkauf (Lidl, Konsum) in Pazin- alle sehenswerten Orte, Landschaften, Istriens sind von hier aus ohne Probleme fahrtechnisch zu erreichen- Gastronomisch wird man in Pazin versorgt ohne Probleme

Wir hatten alle drei Ferienwohnungen im Erdgeschoss gebucht und gingen davon aus, dass wir dann den Pool und den Garten für uns haben. Leider war dem nicht so. Es gab zwei weitere Wohnungen im Haus (2.OG) und einen vermieteten Bungalow am Pool. Insgesamt waren es dann 23 Menschen, die sich den Pool teilen mussten. Wir waren davon sehr enttäuscht, da es bei der Buchung nicht zu erkennen war. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist O. K., aber alt und abgewohnt. Lage ist aber super.
