Semi-detached house "Albertina", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Martina 2 km from the centre of Brseč, 8 km from the centre of Moščenićka Draga, 3.5 km from the sea, 3.5 km from the beach. For shared use: property 900 m2 with lawn and plants, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access. 400 m long steep motor access to the house. Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 300 m, pebble beach 3.5 km. Youth groups are not allowed.

Alles wie man es sich wünscht, sehr erholsam! Größere Handtücher im Bad wären super. Anfahrt recht steil, sollte in die Hausbeschreibung

Die Doppelhaushälfte ist wie ausgeschrieben. Das Ferienhaus selbst liegt wunderbar ruhig in einer kleinen Siedlung mit herrlichem Blick über das Meer zur Insel Cres. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und großzügig eingerichtet. Bettwäsche und ein kleines Handtuchpaket werden 1x/ Woche gestellt. Der Pool wird täglich gereinigt. Die Vorortbetreuung ist sehr freundlich. Wir hatten 2 wundervolle Ferienwochen und können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Wir waren rundum begeistert! Wunderschöner Ausblick, sauber, schön eingerichtet, toller Pool, Sauna war gut und die Gegend ist einfach wunderschön.

Einrichtung moderner als auf den Bildern , das Haus ist sauber und der Pool wird jeden Tag gereinigt . Das einzigste was es zu bemängeln gibt ist der Weg hoch zum Haus und die Lage . Ohne Auto ist man aufgeschmissen .
