Small, cosy single-family house "La Bruyère". 1 km from the centre of Montalivet, 22 km from the centre of Lesparre, 90 km from the centre of Bordeaux, in the residential district, 1.5 km from the sea. Private: natural state property 1'000 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Av. De l'Europe/Montalivet" 900 m, sandy beach "Montalivet" 1.5 km.
"La Bruyère", 3-room house 70 m2. Object suitable for 4 adults + 1 child. Practical and rustic furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table, TV and international TV channels (flat screen), radio and CD-player. Exit to the garden. Living/sleeping room with 1 sofabed (70 cm, length 160 cm), dining table. Exit to the garden. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the garden. Kitchen (mini-oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Tassimo) extra). Shower/WC. No heating option. Een gezellige aangename vakantiewoning, tussen het groen wat maakt dat je nooit in de brandende zon zit en aangename temperaturen hebt . Wij boekten reeds voor volgend jaar, dat zegt genoeg.

Nous avons passé d'excellents vacances à Montalivet. La maison, bien que petite, dispose de tout le confort nécessaire. Elle est très bien entretenue et très propre. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'ensemble complet des ustensiles de cuisine, robots ménagers, les produits ménagers, et le nécessaire pour la cuisine. Les livres, les jeux pour enfants, les transats, le barbecue. Bref de quoi se sentir à la maison! Nous recommandons fortement cette location.
