Beautiful house "Serapias", detached. 7 km from the centre of Cogolin, 16 km from the centre of Saint Tropez, 9 km from the centre of Grimaud, 10 km from the sea. Private: natural state property 10'000 m2, terraced garden (not fenced), swimming pool (11 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with alarm system. Motor access (300 m via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Carport. Shop 7 km, bus stop 6.5 km, sandy beach 10 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed and air conditioning. Exit to the garden. 1 room with 2 beds and air conditioning. Exit to the garden. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm), bath/WC and air conditioning. Exit to the garden. Open kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds, 1 sofabed, shower and air conditioning.
