Wir waren vor drei Jahren schon mal im selben Haus. Fazit: Wer die Nähe zum Strand, die eigenen vier Wände und Ruhe ums Haus mag, ist hier genau richtig.ABER: Die Ausrüstung der Küche ist sehr dürftig, dem Kühlschrank fehlten nebst Gemüseschublade auch fast sämtliche Fächer in der Türe. 3 Teelöffel sind echt etwas knapp für 5 Leute.Toilettenspülung und Boiler bringt man mit handwerklichem Geschick zum Laufen, die leckende Dusche (oder war es die Toilette?) im hinteren Badezimmer war dank einem Handtuch eine Woche lang auszuhalten.Zwei Plastikstühle (davon einer angerissen) waren dank der eingebauten Holzbank grad noch genug Sitzgelegenheit draussen. Der wackelnde Tisch (ein Tischbein wird wohl beim übernächsten Mieter das zeitliche segnen...) war für unsere Kinder ein echter Stillsitz–Erzieher, trotzdem schwappte der Morgenkaffee mehr als einmal über.Wischen war mit dem vorhandenen Gerät nicht möglich, da mussten wir was zukaufen.Alles in allem hat das Objekt in den drei Jahren viel eingebüsst, kostet aber noch immer gleich viel.Wir würden das Haus in diesem Zustand nicht mehr weiterempfehlen.
