Beautiful house "La Pinède", surrounded by trees. 3 km from the centre of Pernes-les-Fontaines, 10 km from the centre of Carpentras, 30 km from the centre of Avignon, in a secluded position. Private: natural state property 28'000 m2 (fenced) with trees, swimming pool (9 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 31.Sep.) with alarm system. Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Motor access (150 m via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 3 km, bus stop "La Roque Sur Pernes la RIAILLE1" 2 km.

Das Haus "La Pinede" ist sehr großzügig, gut eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Der Pool ist groß und sehr schön. Das Objekt befindet sich in einem abgeschlossenen Grundstück, in einem Eichen-Pinien-Wald. Es ist dadurch sehr ruhig, man ist für sich und kann die Ruhe genießen.

Wir waren bereits 9 Mal in diesem Haus. Das beweist unsere Zufriedenheit. Zumal sein Besitzer uns immer wieder mit Verbesserungen überrascht

Das Haus ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in den Luberon oder westlich Richtung Avignon und weiter. Der Ort ist nur mit dem Auto erreichbar. Auf jeden Fall ist es empfehlenswert, dort die Tour zu wandern, um alle 41 mehr oder weniger versteckten, meist trockenen Brunnen zu entdecken. Dadurch lernten wir auch den Ort kennen. Von Ausflügen zurückgekehrt, genossen wir die Ruhe, den Rotwein aus dem Luberon und den gepflegten Pool. Erwähnenswert ist das sehr freundliche Besitzerehepaar.
