Besonders der persönliche Empfang und die Betreuung inklusive Weinprobe durch die Vermieterin. Fahrradtouren zum Leuchtturm, zum Markt oder kleine Einkäufe sind gut zu erledigen. Längere Fahrradtouren zum Atlantik sind gut möglich. Für Tagesausflüge nach Bordeaux, Blaye, etc ist das Auto sinnvoll.

Es ist eine "Ferien"-Wohnung und sie ist nur wenige Monate im Jahr bewohnt. Reisetipps: für Radfahrer ideal, einige wenige schlichte Restaurants,Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf nur sehr wenige im Umkreis von 6 km, große Supermärkte erst in Lesparre - ca. 16 km oder in den Küstenstädten, dort auch große Auswahl an Restaurants.

Sehr herzliche Gastgeber, es fehlte uns an nichts. Zur Begrüßung stand ein Korb mit Früchten und Gemüse wie eine Flasche Wein vom Chateau auf dem Tisch. L. und D. haben sich sehr um uns gekümmert obwohl gerade die Traubenlese war. Reisetipps: Es lohntsich Fahrräder mitzunehmen. Es gibt viele schöne Touren zu den Schlössern, dem Ufer der Gironde und ans Meer.
