Private: natural state property 9'000 m2 with meadow. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Narrow motor access (400 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Dimension: height 220 cm. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 8 km, bakery 2.5 km, bus stop "Abbatiale" 11 km, sandy beach 200 m. Riding stable 1 km.

Das Haus ist außen frisch gestrichen und sieht mit seinen blauen Fensterläden sehr freundlich aus. Innen könnte es etwas liebevoller gestaltet sein, es steht sehr viel herum und es fehlt eine gemütliche Sitzgelegenheit. Man kann nicht mehr ganz direkt vom Haus an den Strand, da die Dünenkante dort abgebrochen ist. Der Bäcker in einem kleinen Weiler Richtung St. Germain-sur-Ay bourg (ca. 2,5 km) ist sehr empfehlenswert - das Baguette lässt sich auch am nächsten Tag noch super aufbacken.

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes, großzügiges Ambiente, hauseigene Klippe mit Meerblick aus dem Obergeschoß.Sehr freundlicher Empfang trotz Sprachschwierigkeiten durch das Vermieterehepaar, Endabnahme problemlos.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Reisetipps: Cap La Hague und Mont St. Michel sind problemlos zu erreichen, sehr schönes Naturschutzgebiet direkt am Haus und in Brainville.

Waren das zweite mal in der FEWO, hatten aber oft schlechtes Wetter und mussten uns im Ferienhaus aufhalten. Die Innenausstattung und Ordnung wurde bereits im letzten Jahr bemängelt und nicht verändert. Nach 5 Minuten schmerzt der Rücken auf der sperrmüllreifen Bestuhlung. Es gab deutsches Fernsehen aus einem uralten Mini TV mit ganz schlechter Akustik. Die Hälfte aller Schränke war wieder mit Müll vollgestopft. Das Haus ist ideal bei schönem Wetter. Die Küchenausstattung ist uralt.
