House "Ty Tan-Nie". 500 m from the centre of Quiberon, in the residential district, 450 m from the sea. Private: courtyard. Terrace, garden furniture, parking at the house. Shop 200 m, bus stop, railway station 500 m, sandy beach 450 m. Sports harbour 800 m.
"Ty Tan-Nie", 2-room house 45 m2 on 2 levels. Living/sleeping room with 1 sofabed (130 cm, length 190 cm), dining table and TV. Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), hand-basin and shower/WC. Electric heating. Parquet floors, natural stone floors. Box-room. Wohnung war für uns (2Personen, 1Hund) genau richtig. Idealer Ausgangspunkt zum Erkunden der Halbinsel. Strände, Steilküsten, Einkaufsmöglichkeit sind sehr gut fussläufig erreichbar. Die Einrichtung ist zwar nicht ganz auf dem neuesten Stand, für uns hat es aber genügt. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis hat gestimmt. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Alles war wieder - wie 2018 schon - super: die Freundlichkeit und Offenheit der Vermieter, die Sauberkeit,das funktionierende schnelle Internet. Es war alles im Haus vorhanden, was der Mensch braucht: Alle möglichen Reinigungsmittel, Gewürze, Küchenutensilien. Die Betten straff und nicht durchgelegen. Die Nächte extrem ruhig und angenehm. Die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten der Gastgeber- Cidre und Wasser im Kühlschrank, bretonische Kekse sowie Blumen auf dem Tisch - runden das positive Bild ab. Merci!

Voilà une jolie petite maison, très agréable à vivre. Accueillis avec des spécialités de la région, nous nous y sommes sentis tout de suite comme chez nous. Très calme. Propreté impeccable du logement, très bien équipé et confortable. Rien ne manque ! Il faut juste signaler l'escalier un peu raide qui mène à l'étage, un peu difficile pour des personnes ayant quelques problèmes de mobilité. Il manque aussi une place de parking attribuée au logement.

Sehr hübsches, kleines Haus, sehr sauber, alles vorhanden,was man so braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und sprechen auch englisch. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt, 5 min. zum Supermarkt, 5 min. zum Strand, 10 min. zur Innenstadt und zum Hafen. Fahrräder mitnehmen unbedingt empfehlenswert. Reisetipps: Eine der schönsten Gegenden die wir kennen, Klima und Vegetation mit Cornwell vergleichbar, viele traumhafte Buchten und Strände, aufregende Klippen, Pinienwälder ohne Ende, einfach schön. Im Hochsommer leider etwas überlaufen.

Sehr saubere Unterkunft, sehr nette Vermieter, gute ruhige Lage im abseits vom quirliegen Zentrum gelegenes altes Fischerdorf, Kurzer Weg zum Badestrand. Also alles bestens. Als kleiner Tipp für die Vermieter: eine etwas bequemere Sitzgelegenheit im Wohnzimmer wäre wünschenswert. Auch unser Hund(Labrador) war sehr zufrieden. Reisetipps: Superschöne Halbinsel von der aus man viele schoene Touren kurzfristig machen kann( Port Louis, Auray, Golf de Morbihan,St.Cado u.Carnac). Die Insel Quiberon selbst bietet eine große Auswahl an schönen Wanderwegen, guten Restaurants und guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir wurden nie enttäuscht !!

Alles so, wie in den schon geposteten Kundenbewertungen zu lesen ist: Die Eigentümer sind super nett, auch wenn ich sie nur bei An– und Abreise gesehen habe. Da es keine Probleme gab, gab es auch keinen Grund, sie zu kontaktieren.Das Haus selbst ist mit ALLEM ausgestattet, was man sich nur wünschen kann: Nebender optimal bestückten Küche sind auch alle Putzmittel vorhanden sowie genügend Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine.Das WLAN funktioniert schnell und ist dauerhaft stabil, auch keine Selbstverständlichkeit. Die Betten sind bequem, die Matratzen angenehm hart und somit rückenfreundlich. Oben gibt es einen Schreibtisch, praktisch für den PC. Das Haus ist ruhig, obwohl es an der anderen Seite an die kleine Straße grenzt, die durch den Ort führt. Wenig Verkehr, nachts gar nichts. Insgesamt eine sehr angenehme Unterkunft! Reisetipps: Fußläufig sind Strände zu erreichen (10´) sowie der Ort selbst (15´). Schöne Wanderungen am Strand an der Ostseite der Insel, Steilküste im Westen ebenfalls. Port Haliguen:Yachthafen wird bis Dez. 2019 ausgebaut, laute Maschinen tagsüber, ehr nicht so prickelnd.
