Villa "Pinnidae", 2 storeys, built in 2021. 1.3 km from the centre of Lopar, 14 km from the centre of Rab, from the sea, 200 m from the beach. Private: property 700 m2, swimming pool heated (32 m2, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Mar. - 15.Nov.). Outdoor shower, patio, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, sauna, hot tub, spa area, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 700 m, supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 550 m, ferry 200 m, sandy beach 700 m, concrete beach 200 m. Groups of teenagers on request only. Please note: airfield 60 km from the property. It is necessary to announce 7 days in advance if the pool heating is required.
