By Fynshav you will find this spacious cottage located high with a beautiful view of the water. The cottage has 83 m2 of living space and a bright and spacious conservatory of 15 m2. There are three bedrooms. In addition, there is a basement with two rooms, which are not approved for accommodation, but I wonder if children will love these rooms for playrooms etc. The house is equipped with solar cells on the roof, so when the sun is shining, you can get free electricity for e.g. the use of the heat pump. Outside you will find a large garden where there is room for play etc. The terrace of 20 m2 has i.a. Grill. Fynshav is very well known for its good fishing water, so remember the fishing rod. In a separate room by the house you will find a cleaning area for your catch of fish. There are three freezers for the catch. Carrying in a boat / boat trailer, it can easily be stored at the cottage.
