Location was great and the unit was perfect for 3 adult woman. We all had our own bedroom and bathroom. We had everything we needed to cook, along with a fully stocked spice shelf, which was nice. Town was just down the hill, which was easy do drive, but also walk if you are in shape to go up and down the hill and enjoy your exercise. The rental company was fantastic. Very responsive, handled what we needed quickly and were very kind and down to earth.
My only suggestion would to just do a deep clean. Although the place was great, being a previous vacation rental owner, I think it is important to just double check on your cleaning company from time to time and ensure they are doing it right. Replacing pillows, cleaning all of the throw blankets so they smell fresh, pillow covers, etc., Little things like dusting and vacuuming behind the couches, under the cabinets, under the beds, and making sure the white towels are free from stains. This place is really great, tough to lose some value over an easy fix. I hate to say it, but everybody notices.
