Naturally Pacific Resort

The hotel has a great location, easy to access. Amenities are great, good options for a.place to sit and have a relaxing drink. Rooms are spacious. No complaints.

We stayed 2 nights in a King with deck at this property. It is a few minutes away from any restaurants and shopping (other than at the resort). The room is beautiful and roomy. The bed was comfortable. Small fridge and coffee maker/kettle. No microwave in the room. We had the mountain view which overlooks the golf course. Check in was quick and efficient. Free parking either out front (limited) or in the back (lots). We did not have time to try out the spa or pool but the facilities looked gorgeous. Only issue we had was with the noise from the room above--you could hear them walking and moving their chairs. Please be aware that there is a resort fee of about $40 CDN in addition to what Agoda charges. This was still less than booking with the resort directly or with other booking sites. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very nice. New, spotless, nice restaurants. The rooms look very. Ice but the bathtub/shower wasn’t very functional. I have arthritis 8n one knee and stepping into the shower/tub was dicey…no grab bars, and you had to step in , around a glass partition to turn the water on. There was nothing to hold onto while doing so. Likewise the separate toilet room. With an aging population consider using grab bars. It’s lie, a decorator factored in looks way more than function. I didn’t really like the pool area either. It was indoors with glass doors that opened to the outside but we had cold weather so those doors weren’t open and it was very much like an indoor, community pool. Nice grounds, ok water view. In general, not worth the price in my opinion.

Overpriced - I travel monthly to Campbell River for two weeks but find the prices too high, spring a facility charge in us unexpectedly when all we did was book our stay to use the room Cleanliness - one day we came in the toilet seat was up ???, another day we found garbage behind the garbage can in the bathroom Parking - could use a valet service due to the distance of the overflow Staff- not friendly (other than the doorman who was awesome) difficulty in communication due to language barrier, asked for a receipt for our stay but wouldn’t give us one??? Not physically not by email??? Still trying to retrieve this All bathrooms should have a bar to hold on to in the shower. Beds are amazing Rooms and overall facility amazing
