حبيت الشقة نظيفة أثاثها حديث. إطلالتها جميلة موقعها رائع . بإمكانك عبور النهر والتنزيل في الحديقة العامة والوصول إلى المول. محل بقالة وصالون نسائي اسفل المبنى حولك محلات وصيدلية وكافيهات ممكن الوصول لها سيرا على الاقدام متكاملة المرافق. حرصت المدبرة/ المشرفة على العقار سلمى اللطيفة جداً على توفير أدوات الطبخ والشوكولاته الترحيبية والقهوة والمكسرات حتى البهارات . وألعاب واقلام تلوين للاطفال.. يوجد غسالات ملابس وصحون. وفرن وموقد سيراميك فوط ومناشف وبطانيات نظيفة.
رائحة دورة المياة سيئة. لايوجد شطاف.
