Precious apartment in the heart of the city, located in Trinidad Square, surrounded by monuments, bars, restaurants, shops and parking, which will make your visit to the city a comfortable and easy experience.
The apartment is located in a recently restored early century building, sober and elegant, with all possible amenities, communal swimming pool and lift. (there are stairs to reach the lift). On the building's rooftop you can enjoy one of the only 360º views of Granada (Sierra Nevada, Alhambra, Cathedral and Sacromonte) while enjoying a relaxing swim in the communal swimming pool (open all year round, from 09:00 - 21:00). To access said rooftop, you must climb a small flight of stairs.
This accommodation falls in love from the first moment thanks to its views of the Plaza de la Trinidad that are enjoyed through its wide windows and fill the space with light and charm. The living room, beautiful and carefully decorated, becomes the perfect place to relax while contemplating a unique and history-filled urban profile.
It comes with a comfortable double bed, designed to offer maximum comfort during the stay. The bathroom completes the experience with a modern design of grey stone-effect tiles and a mirror with lighting, creating an elegant, spacious and very special atmosphere.
A unique space where the views become an essential part of the experience, topped with its balcony with two chairs and a table from which to enjoy the views.

The place is wonderful! Very bright with lots of sunlight! Centrally located, walkable, and easy to get around to just about anywhere one would want to go. The building is disability friendly with a lift and elevator. Highly recommended, would stay again!
