Large Outdoor Hot Tub, Easy Walk to Base Area Activities

The room itself was comfortable and met our needs well. The local contact was extremely helpful. Ski-in access is easy. Ski-out requires a bit of a walk, but is actually much better than some of the difficult/challenging ski-out access from other condos. Ski storage conveniently accessible in the same hall as the condo. Hot tub was hot and clean. Cafe Diva is a short walk.

Difficult to access from main parking area, easier from ski access stairs below condo (probably less of an issue during summer). Shortage of parking. Steamboat prices, in general, are getting out of hand - this condo was 70% higher than an equivalent, better conditioned condo, at Winter Park, booked at the same time. Caulking around shower/tub door needs to be removed, area cleaned and re-caulked. Bathroom ceiling needs to have flaking paint removed and then repainted.
