Great location, 20min walk to the beach, 15 min ride to city center. Clean and had all amenities and functional kitchen
No windows, that is the only flaw. Only one in the bathroom. Great place for shorter stays

The location was great, just a few minutes from the bus stops and metro station. Also very close to the beach. The bed was comfy and air conditioner worked great.
There is this bad odor in the bathroom, possibly due to some plumbing issue. It also does not help that there is not much ventilation and natural light that gets in because there is almost no windows. The front door also leads straight to the bed so it does feel a bit unsafe as many people are walking outside.

Muy cerca del metro y también muy accesible caminando a los diferentes puntos de la ciudad. Las instalaciones están lindas y cuidadas. Es cómodo y tiene lo necesario para pasar unos días en Valencia. La cocina muy equipada y la cama muy cómoda!
Solo puedo mencionar que por momentos se siente olor feo en la zona del baño, no es algo intolerable pero por momentos se siente. Y también mencionar que está ubicado a nivel de la calle, es decir, abrís la puerta y ya está la cama. Igualmente no sentimos inseguridad y las cortinas cubren muy bien.

Dosyć wygodne łóżko. Większość rzeczy, które były typu lodówka, żelazko, zmywarka są mi oczywiste więc, nie wiem czy to zasługuje na jakąś większą pochwałę, jednak niech będzie.
Po przyjeździe do apartamentu, który znajduje się na parterze, do którego wchodzimy odrazu z ulicy jak do jakiegoś lokalu usługowego, który został zrobiony na mieszkanie. Sam apartament jest dosyć wąski, lecz długi. Zaczynając od drzwi, są one oklejone folią, która daje prywatność, jednak przez to jest mało światła w apartamencie, nawet w środku dnia. Kłopot sprawiała łazienka. W kabinie prysznicowej, przeciekała słuchawka, z toalety tzn muszli bardzo zły zapach, coś z kanalizacją... Słabo schodziła woda także z umywalki pod lustrem. Poza tym wszystko w porządku, jednak naszym zdaniem do doskonałości brakowało.
