The hostess in the Tourist Information Office was fantastic. We were given early check-in, lots of information about local features and details about local transport which really helped. She provided a fan which was greatly appreciated during the heatwave. Apart from the excessive heat that built up nonetheless, the room was otherwise very comfortable. It was handy to have a small, simple shared kitchenette just outside our room to make tea, and our breakfast, and to keep food and drink cool in the fridge. Bicycle parking in the inner courtyard was easy and safe. Lovely view from our windows of life in the central square of this lovely town.

While we appreciated having access to it, it would have been a bit challenging to prepared full meals in the little shared kitchenette; it was great however for preparing breakfast, drinks, and snacks. Without air conditioning, it is hard to describe an attic room in the heatwave as comfortable, but we are discovering that AC is just not a feature of accommodation in Germany.

Great customer service. Very comfortable bed and good sized room and the tea/ coffee maker was a kettle which served my purposes superbly. Also a fridge was available.

Musn't grumble so I won't!

Kein Aufzug.

Die Lage ist direkt in der Innenstadt von Tangermünde. Hier gibt es viel zu entdecken. Die Räder konnten wir sicher abschließen. Das Personal war auch sehr nett.

Leider war unser Zimmer wirklich sehr klein und beengt für 2 Personen. Leider waren einige Dinge unsauber und vieles lieblos. Schade, weil man mit einigen kleinen Handgriffen viel bewirken kann.
