I really loved the environment. The pool outside the house was beautiful and very relaxing. The kitchenette was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the whole house was clean, bright, and comfortable. The staff were also very kind and responded quickly whenever we needed anything. Salute to the team for the excellent service! We really enjoyed our stay.

The only things that concerned me were the television and the cleanliness of some areas. The TV was quite small, about the same size as a computer monitor, which made it difficult to see clearly from the bed. I also noticed that some parts of the walls looked a little messy, and there was some dirt in the bathroom, especially around the corners and between the walls, which could have been cleaned more thoroughly.

I arrived late but someone met me at reception, helped me into my villa, explained the facilities and handed me my keys. Check-in was smooth, easy and super helpful. I had never been in the area of Umalas before. I frequent Bali and usually stay in Seminyak. The villa was quiet, the area prettier and cleaner than Seminyak. And yet there are many excellent cafes, restaurants, shops, and spas walking distance or very nearby to the villa - all very good quality by the way. I sampled many restaurants and visited the day spas - all incredible experiences. My room was super spacious, and I loved the loft layout. Look, the layout may not be for everyone as the bedroom is in the loft style and the bathroom downstairs. You would have to have no mobility issues and not need the toilet frequently in the night. I am neither and so it was most suitable and enjoyable for me! Service is superb. No request is too small or too big for the staff and they're super friendly. 24hr service via the app and they are extremely responsive.

This place is private, secure and well fitted out. Probably more suited to longer stays of a week or more, because of its kitchen facilities. For guests who don’t intend to cook, the facilities are there for order-in. The Duo Umulas restaurant is also very close and it has a great range of food, breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The stairs are very dangerous. As a minimum, non-slip strips should be placed on every step. Railing should be on both sides of the stairway. The existing wall railing is not easy to grip should a guest fall or slip.
