Давид - прекрасный хозяин, все супер нам рассказал, объяснил, как доехать, был на связи. Апартаменты большие и светлые, там все есть, хорошо оборудованная квартира. Мы отлично отдохнули. Рядом продовольственный магазин и метро недалеко и вкусны ресторан Nikolas. Мы еще приедем!

Didn't dislike anything !!

I highly recommend staying in this apartment. It has a modern interior and high standards throughout. The kitchen is well equipped, and it was easy to prepare meals thanks to the good selection of cookware. The apartment is spacious and has good central heating. There is a modern 6 kg washing machine and a large fridge/freezer. The bed was comfortable. The location is very convenient. There are four grocery stores nearby, including one that is open 24/7 just a 2-minute walk away. The nearest subway station is only a 10-minute walk. On the way, you can find many useful shops and services, such as a pharmacy, dairy store, khachapuri kiosk, beauty salon, barbecue restaurant, and kebab place. The owner was very kind and helpful. He met us at midnight when we arrived, showed us the apartment, and explained how to use the door and elevator. Check-out was very smooth. We were very happy with our choice.

The apartment owner is very helpful, cooperative, and responds quickly. He always provides what we need as soon as possible. I am Arab and we didn’t have a common language, but he was extremely patient and tried his best to understand me. I booked the apartment when I first arrived in Tbilisi for four days, and we all loved it. Nothing was missing, and there are many services around the building. We went to Batumi and then came back to stay here again because we liked it so much. And of course, if I return to Tbilisi in the future, I will definitely stay here again.
