L’accueil et la disponibilité de l’hôtesse, le cadre exceptionnel au milieu de la forêt landaise (nous avons pu voir des biches toutes proches), l’accessibilité à l’océan, la maison et ses équipements (dont une climatisation très appréciée en période de canicule).
