Отличный вид с террасы на город. Чисто, тихо. Замечательная чайная зона. Понравилось что есть стиральная машина и балкон, где удобно сушить одежду.

Сложно самостоятельно найти первый раз, поскольку вход со двора, но хозяйка любезно встретила нас у ворот и показала дорогу.

Our room had million dollar view. It was spacious. The giant bath was fun and relaxing. The outdoor kitchen with best view. The use of the washing machine, hang dry on porch. The staff were nice & helpful. There is a lovely river walk 1/2 block away. Great street food, bakery, vegetable & fruit stores & restaurants. Good location.

The entrance feels unsafe but isn’t at all because we’re in China. Safest cities ever. There is no sign indicating a hotel. Finding an address was difficult.

Taking this hotel, you need to be aware that it is a bit far from Guilin's attractions ( to the nearest bus station you need to walk about 10 minutes), but it is located in a very local part of the city where live local people. It offers a real atmosphere - in the neighbourhood you can find small local shops, restaurants, fresh fruit stands where local people do shopping or eat. The apartment is located on the 6th floor - thanks to a huge panoramic window, you can admire an amazing view over Guilin and mountains. If you are lucky enough, you can see a beautiful sunset. The room is spacious, nicely arranged and decorated, with a big and comfortable bad. Wi-fi is good. The room is supplied with fresh towels and water every day. There is free self-service laundry and a big common roof terrace.

According to Chinese standards of cleanliness, a room is clean, but windows should be definitely washed, and also armchairs upholstery, which is simply dirty. Also, common areas are not clean-everything in the kitchen is sticky... There are some problems with air conditioning settings-it was difficult to reduce the power sometimes. The staff is responsive, but the answers are given slowly and very often too late - when I asked a question about a boat cruise tickets one day in the late afternoon, we received the answer next day at 11:00. Sometimes, the answer is not related to a question, e.g. "Where can I buy those tickets?" The answer was "good luck". 😅 Definitely, it should be improved as there is no staff on a daily basis in the hotel.
