Excellent location. Sea-facing location in a very tall building. You can see the sea on one side and the Caucasian mountains on the other. This resort is part of the 3-building Orbi City Block. The buildings are really tall and offer a vantage view of the sea, mountains and the city. We were on the 43rd of 55 floors.
The room has a small kitchenette. It was easy for us to make our own breakfast and coffee before heading out for the day. Very spacious and clean rooms and totally sound-proof. WiFi is fast. TV is an Internet TV.
All this in a very pocket-friendly budget.
The coffee table was a bit rocky with unstable legs. It was a bit unnerving to put our coffee cup on top of that table. The overhead cabinet for glasses and cups, which is supposed to be hydraulic completedly failed. We had to pry open the cabinet door with a fork every time before pulling it open.
