Belle Escapes - Beachside Apartment in Glenelg

Great location. By and large we were very happy with the apartment.

The lounge seat was very uncomfortable. Very!

The property exceeded my expectations. Beautiful location, comfortable, clean, all the comforts of home including cooking appliances. Pool and gym were easily accessible. plenty of bedding and good wifi connection.

I would have prefered shampoo and conditioner to be in larger bottles fixed in the bathroom as opposed to little disposable bottles. Maybe add some powerpoints that are specifically for charging cords.

TV did not turn on automatically You needed to turn and off button each time Couch was not comfortable Disruptive noise in corridor first night — young girls screaming up and down corridor and knocking on apartment doors (happened after midnight )

This has to be the best place to stay in Glenelg! The view from the balcony and bedroom to the beach and sunsets was divine! The apartment and hotel had every facility you could possibly want and it was surprisingly quiet.

Demanding more money after booking my stay left a very, very sour taste in my mouth and then withholding the key until I had paid more money was pretty appalling tbh. Both TVs didn't work properly - the one in the Lounge kept turning on randomly. They did eventually come and replace it but the TV in the bedroom was mainly just blue screens. I didn't cook that much as the range hood hadn't been cleaned properly and gave off a very unpleasant odor. The check-in process was extraordinarily difficult - 8 e-mails and multiple text messages later! It was completely overwhelming and unnecessary. I would also perhaps consider asking your staff to wear more professional attire - especially with forward facing with the public.
