This modified 3 bedroom/2 bath condo is the perfect place for your family to come enjoy a quieter part of Okaloosa Island. Located on the first floor in this complex, you have a family friendly atmosphere with no major streets to cross to access the pool or beach.

The open concept living space allows for you in be in the kitchen or living room and be able to converse with everyone. The kitchen has all full-sized appliances and the cabinets are stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils. There is no need to pack your kitchen if you plan on cooking during your stay. The living room offers a queen sized sofa sleeper that can accommodate 2. There is plenty of seating at the dining table or the bar for a quick bite before heading to the pool. The large balcony has seating as well to enjoy the glimpse of the gulf right past the dunes.

The first guest bedroom has a double bed and a single/double bed, ceiling fan, and flat screen tv, allowing this room to accommodate 5 guests. The second guest bedroom has a twin bunk bed. This layout is perfect for family getaways! The guest bathroom features a combination tub/shower.

The mater bedroom has a King sized bed, a ceiling fan, flat screen TV, and access to the private balcony. The spacious master bathroom offers a combination tub/shower and double vanity sink. There is ample space to get ready before heading to the beach downstairs.

The unit has a full sized washer and dryer and wireless internet.

Gulf Dunes is a wonderful complex located beachside with large complex pool and onsite fitness room.

From our Sea Crest office head north on Venus Ct toward Santa Rosa Blvd go 272 ft then turn right onto Santa Rosa Blvd go 1.5 mi then turn right, 210 ft turn left then Gulf Dunes will be on your right.
