Bardzo przestronne i fajnie urządzone mieszkanie, czysto, fajny widok, miejsce postojowe w garażu podziemnym.

Tak naprawdę wszystko a w szczególności to ze wszystko było na miejscu co nie jest standardem. Od środków chemicznych po sztućce ręczniki pościel. Wszystkiego tyle ze na wymianę można sobie pozwolić. Tak nie ma w innych apartamentach na Letnicy . Osoba do kontaktu bardzo miła i szybko ma pytania odpowiada. Mieksce w hali blisko windy .Jeśli miałbym do Gdańska wrócić to tylko tu .

Obiekt nie zapewnia wyżywienia ale jest wygodna kuchnia. Lokalizacja bardzo korzystna . Stosunkowo blisko do pętli tramwajowej . 25 minut piechotą do plaży . Na dole bloku sklepy Biedronka, piekarnie
Filtr do wody . Ale można mieć butelki z filtrem
