Absolutely like the location all shops and Mall around including beach, nice clean property as it was aspected.
Slow lift in the building but luckily property is on second floor easy to on second floor by stairs,

Sehr geräumig, gute Klimaanlage, funktionierende Wandventilatoren in jedem Zimmer. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Bequeme Betten. Balkon zum draussen sitzen. Immer gut erreichbarer, freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Netter Sicherheitsmann. Sehr gute Lage an der Marine Promenade. 2 Minuten entfernt vom nächsten Supermarkt Chade Up mit umfangreichem Sortiment. Unter 10 Minuten Gehdistanz zur grossen Dolmen Mall mit vielen Geschäften und grossem Foodcourt.
Wie überall in Karachi sind streunende Hunde auch hier zu finden. Diese sind zwar nicht aggressiv, bellen jedoch häufig, was mitunter um 5 Uhr morgens nicht unbedingt zu tiefem Schlaf führt. Im Haus selber finden sich ein paar Katzen, welche gerne ausgiebig miauen, was man dann auch in der Wohnung hört.

Spacious apartment and bedrooms were decent.
Had multiple issues which were discussed with the host such as dirty kettle (was replaced by host), Host was responsive and helpful. Leaking toilet shower head. The lift stopped working in the building and it was a headache going up and down the stairs with a pram and bags.
