The view of the cabins were breathtaking.
The floor board were a hazard and my partner and I were tripping up quite a lot around the bed.

The views from the cabin are just spectacular and made our stay in Rotorua something special.
The place could use a good cleaning. There was nothing to wash dishes such as a wash rag, or sponge. A roll of paper towels would also have been helpful to use as napkins when eating or wiping up spills. There was a lot of dust under the bed where we stored shoes and small bags. It would be great if the bed were lifted to allow luggage to be stored out of the way.

great location and comfortable stay.
I didn't get sent a gate pin, so had to ring for a gate pin and the lock box for the key was hard to get into as we got given a different code. so had to call again for the right pin. Once there and in it was alright.
